Coxswains Cottage is located in the centre of the unique seaside village of Thorpeness, about 2 miles from Aldeburgh on the Suffolk Heritage Coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is perfect for upto 2 couples or a family.
There is a small south-facing front garden with benches and a small table, a perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. The sitting room has 2 sofas, flat screen tv/dvd player along with a selection of dvds and books. The kitchen/diner has hand-made units with granite worktops and an oak table to seat 4 people.
At either end of the kitchen/diner is a staircase that leads up to a bedroom and bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed frame with VI-Spring mattress, wardrobe, bedside chests and lamps.
Bathroom 1 has bath with shower over, w.c., basin, shaver point.
Bedroom 2 has twin VI-Spring divan beds, wardrobe, bedside chest, lamp, easy chair.
Bathroom 2 is a mirror of bathroom 1 but also has a washing machine and tumble dryer in the former airing cupboard.
To the rear of the cottage is a courtyard with table and chairs and bench. There is rear access to this courtyard over the rear of the neighbouring cottage for bring in bikes etc.
Prices range from £345-£695 per week depending on season
changeover day is Friday
